📦 Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, the item will be forwarded to our fulfillment partner for packaging and shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Items ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in the US or internationally, depending on the product. Estimated delivery times:

📬 Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
📦 Multiple Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately.
This allows faster delivery based on where each item is stocked.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
❗ Delayed or Lost Packages
While delays are rare, they may occur due to high carrier volume, weather conditions, or customs processing.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

📧 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the address was entered incorrectly and the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot redirect or refund the package.
🚫 No PO Boxes for Certain Items
Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
